Domain Registration Rules

Blueboard.cz Webhosting s.r.o. only mediates domain registrations, it is not a registrar itself. By registering a domain, you automatically agree not only to our terms and conditions, but also to the rules of registration of the first-level domain and the rules of the respective registrar and administrator of the first-level domain.

By registering a domain, you are entering into a relationship not only with us but also with the relevant registrar and you should familiarise yourself thoroughly with our terms and conditions, the registrar's terms and conditions and the rules for the registration of the relevant top-level domain.

It may be that the registrar changes its registration rules or terms and conditions and will notify the domain holder by email. From time to time, the registrar may proceed to verify the domain holder's details and require the domain holder to confirm the accuracy of the details – consent, most commonly by clicking a link in an email.

Due to the different top-level domains and their administrators, the e-mail from the registrar does not have to be in Czech – English is the most common, but administrators of exotic top-level domains may communicate in their national language. The sender of such an email will not be @blueboard.cz, but the registrar. If these types of emails are ignored, the registrar may suspend or cancel the domain registration.

By registering a domain, you become the domain holder, not the owner of the domain. Thus, you never own the domain, you only „rent“ it for a certain period of time.
